Sinéad Cullina, M.Sc.
Sinéad Cullina, M.Sc. is an Associate Bioinformatician in the Center for Genomic Health.
She is involved in the computational analysis of population scale genetic data. This includes association analysis using population structure to look for disease risk alleles in populations served by the Mt. Sinai network. Other work includes investigating patterns of ancestry within populations and the clinical characterization of genetic variants. She hopes to pursue a PhD in the field and contribute to collaborative efforts to advance genetic health comprehension in diverse populations.
Sinéad earned her B.Sc. in Biomedical Science and M.Sc. in Biomedical Genomics at the National University of Ireland Galway.
